When Initiating SSO, ADFS is not prompting of Login credentials.

When Initiating SSO, ADFS is not prompting of Login credentials and redirecting back to service provider with auto login.

Issue is replicating from chrome, but it is working in IE

Just to confirm, is ADFS prompting for the user to login if using IE but the login is automatic if using Chrome?
And in both cases you want the user to be prompted to login?
Is ADFS configured to support forms authentication only or is Windows integrated authentication configured for domain users?
Any difference in the login experience will be the result of the ADFS configuration rather than the service provider.

To investigate the issue, I suggest turning off Windows integrated authentication (WIA) to see if that makes a difference.
If it then works, you know it’s related to WIA.
WIA means that a user logged into the domain and with a browser that supports WIA will not be prompted to login.
If this isn’t what you want you should disable WIA.
