is there a value in each SAML response that uniquely identify it ? like a hash value or id ?
Yes. Every SAML message, including SAML responses, has an ID field which uniquely identifies the message.
As per the SAML specification, the ID must be a random or pseudo-random value with negligible probability of collision.
