saml.config content inside Web.config

Is there a way to insert the content of the saml.config file inside a Web.config file?
Instead of using i would like to create a section as

Is it possible?

Hi Fabio
I’m afraid it’s not something we support.
The SAML configuration must be stored in a separate saml.config file.
The other option is to set the configuration programmatically.
This is typically done if you store SAML configuration in a database.
