Licensed Expired - Need Support

We have purchased SSO for .NET. We have premium support. SSO code is crashing saying that license has expired. I have example code from Component Space and this runs. The C/S DLLs are the same in each case. I need to unlock our subscription that we paid for.

The email with the download link to the licensed version of the product that you received at the time of purchase includes instructions for moving to the licensed version.
