Our company has enforced a specific browser as the default browser throughout our domain. The end browser that our specific system requires is IE at C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe. Is there a setting or configuration that would allow us to invoke this IE browser?

We don’t invoke the browser as such.
SAML SSO occurs within an existing browser session.
Therefore, if the use of IE is currently enforced, this won’t change when you support SAML SSO.
